- AI-powered candidate ranking for recruiters
- Interview invitation management
- Professional recruitment services (CV writing, headhunting, staff outsourcing)
- Push notifications for application updates
- Email communications and announcements
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Types and Responsibilities
Candidates:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information, CV, and application data
- You agree not to misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
- You understand that applying to a job shares your profile information with the recruiter
Recruiters:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of job postings and company information
- You agree to use candidate data solely for legitimate recruitment purposes
- You agree not to share, sell, or distribute candidate personal data to third parties
- You must comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws
- You are bound by your subscription plan limits for job postings, candidate searches, and other features
5. Subscription Plans
TalentsNexus offers various subscription tiers for recruiters (Free, Basic, Standard, Premium, Enterprise). Each plan has specific limits on features such as job postings, candidate searches, and CV downloads. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
6. AI Features Disclaimer
TalentsNexus uses artificial intelligence for career coaching and candidate ranking. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated advice, scores, and recommendations are provided as guidance only
- AI features should not be the sole basis for hiring or career decisions
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
- You are responsible for evaluating and verifying AI recommendations before acting on them
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, discriminate against, or harm other users
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
- Use candidate data for purposes other than legitimate recruitment
- Circumvent subscription plan limits or usage restrictions
- Post jobs that require payment from candidates or are pyramid/MLM schemes
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logo, text, graphics, and software, is owned by TalentsNexus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.
You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, profile information, job postings). By uploading content, you grant TalentsNexus a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share this content as needed to operate the Service.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TalentsNexus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by recruiters or career decisions made by candidates
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalentsNexus, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@talentsnexus.io. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Modifications to Terms
