- Send email communications including announcements, updates, and promotional content (you can unsubscribe at any time)

3. AI Features
TalentsNexus uses artificial intelligence to provide career coaching and candidate ranking features. Your profile data may be processed by AI systems to generate personalized career advice and to help recruiters evaluate candidate suitability. AI-generated rankings and recommendations are tools to assist decision-making and are not the sole basis for any employment decisions.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Recruiters: When you apply for a job, your profile information and CV are shared with the recruiting company.
- With Candidates: Recruiters' company information is visible to candidates viewing job listings.
- Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Railway), AI processing (Groq), and authentication (Google, Apple).
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
