Lead end-to-end financial reporting ensuring full compliance with IFRS and local regulations Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with business strategy Perform advanced financial analysis and variance analysis to support executive decisions Lead cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency Develop and enhance internal control frameworks and ensure audit readiness Manage internal & external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings Partner with senior management to deliver insights, KPIs, and performance dashboards Lead ERP implementation and digital transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) Oversee cash flow management, CAPEX planning, and investment analysis Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CMA is highly preferred 10–12+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles in Financial Controlling Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors Proven experience in ERP systems implementation (SAP is a strong plus) Advanced Excel and Power BI skills Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and audit processes Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
