📋 Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Programs Advisor to join our team and support engineers in selecting the most suitable training programs aligned with their career goals.
The role combines technical understanding, client advisory, and business development, where the advisor plays a key role in converting inquiries into enrollments through professional consultation rather than direct selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with engineers interested in technical training programs and understand their career objectives.
Recommend suitable courses, learning paths, and certification programs based on technical background and goals.
Explain program content, outcomes, schedules, and pricing clearly and professionally.
Follow up with potential clients and guide them through the enrollment process.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments using CRM or internal systems.
Build long-term relationships with engineers and corporate clients.
Collaborate with the training and marketing teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
Stay updated with available programs, technical fields, and market needs.
✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an engineering background (such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture, or Mechatronics) is preferred.
0–3 years of experience in technical sales, training consultation, customer advisory, or business development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and persuasive way.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to close enrollments.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and conversion rates.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Experience in training centers, education, or professional courses is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
