• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations. • Manage and monitor plastic injection molding machines and production lines. • Ensure production targets are achieved according to quality and safety standards. • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. • Coordinate with the maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. • Monitor machine performance and resolve production issues. • Prepare production reports and analyze production data. • Lead, train, and evaluate the production team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and production processes. • Experience in managing production teams. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Good knowledge of production planning and quality standards.
