• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards and regulations. • Supervise and manage the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams. • Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards. • Analyze quality performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to improve product quality and operational efficiency. • Conduct internal audits and support external audits. • Prepare and present quality reports and KPIs to senior management. • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • 5-7 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably within Electrical Manufacturing or Electrical Industries. • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and quality tools. • Experience in managing quality teams and leading improvement projects. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Good command of English.
