Lead and manage the full procurement cycle (sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, purchase orders, delivery). Develop and maintain strong relationships with qualified suppliers and subcontractors. Review technical specifications and coordinate with engineering and project teams. Analyze quotations and lead commercial and technical negotiations. Ensure on-time delivery aligned with project schedules. Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues. Support budgeting, cost control, and value engineering initiatives. Maintain procurement reports, contracts, and documentation. Mentor junior procurement staff and ensure compliance with company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. 5+ years of experience in procurement within construction / consulting firms. Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and local market. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Strong Excel and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with Odoo systems. Familiarity with contracts and FIDIC terms is a plus. Experience working with consultants or PMC companies.
