Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Technical Recruiter who can help us hire skilled software developers and engineers across global markets. This role is focused on high-volume sourcing and leveraging multiple job platforms to attract top talent efficiently. Key Responsibilities Source, attract, and hire qualified software developers and engineers Post job openings across multiple job platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, local platforms, etc.) Manage and optimize job postings to maximize visibility and candidate flow Screen candidates and coordinate the hiring process Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent Continuously explore new platforms and channels to improve hiring reach Nice to Have Experience hiring in global or remote markets Access to premium job boards or recruiter tools Background in tech or understanding of software roles What We’re Looking For We’re not just looking for someone to post jobs—we want someone who knows where to post, how to attract talent, and can scale hiring quickly using multiple platforms.

Proven experience in recruiting software developers or engineers Strong access to multiple job platforms and sourcing channels Active LinkedIn account with recruiting or sourcing experience Ability to post jobs across various platforms and regions Strong communication and candidate evaluation skills Self-driven and able to manage high-volume hiring
