Export Sales Specialist (English Speaker)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Specialist with strong English communication skills to manage and expand our international sales operations. The role involves identifying new markets, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth export processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new international business opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
Handle all export sales inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
Prepare and review export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.).
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions when required.
Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
Follow up on shipments and resolve any customer issues efficiently.
✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in export sales, international business, or related role.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience dealing with international markets (Gulf, Africa, Europe, etc.).
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
