✅ Qualifications
Proven Track Record: A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a Sales Representative or similar role within the Fashion or Retail sector, consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Master of Sales & Service: Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, Sales, and consistently achieving Sales Target Achievement. Fashion Savvy: Strong Fashion Product Knowledge and a keen eye for Visual Merchandising, with an understanding of current market trends. Relationship Builder: Exceptional Client Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. Communication Excellence: Outstanding Communication and Negotiation Skills, both verbal and written, essential for engaging with a diverse clientele. Operational Acumen: Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) Systems and strong organizational abilities, including Time Management. Team Player: A collaborative spirit with proven experience in Team Collaboration within a fast-paced retail environment. Education: While a relevant diploma or degree is a plus, we value a strong professional track record and demonstrable success above all else.
