✅ Qualifications
Experience You Bring: A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in retail management, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership and sales success, preferably within the fashion industry. This is an Experienced career level role requiring a seasoned professional.
Essential Skills for Success: You must possess a strong command of Customer Service, a demonstrated ability to achieve Sales Target Achievement, deep Retail Sales and Fashion Product Knowledge, and exceptional Client Relationship Management.
Leadership & Communication Prowess: Proven Leadership and Team Collaboration skills are non-negotiable, coupled with outstanding Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Operational Acumen: Expertise in Visual Merchandising, proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) Systems, and strong Inventory Management and Time Management capabilities are crucial.
