Job Purpose To lead day-to-day electrical site execution for fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, proper coordination with consultants, and controlled site operations without dependency on a single individual. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Execution & Planning Lead daily site execution activities (LV & Light Current works) Prepare and follow up on short-term lookahead plans (1–2 weeks) Allocate tasks to supervisors and monitor productivity Ensure works are executed according to drawings and specifications 2. Technical Coordination Review and coordinate shop drawings with consultant requirements Raise and follow up on RFIs (Requests for Information) Handle site instructions and technical clarifications Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP/Arch/Structure) on site 3. Progress Tracking & Reporting Track daily and weekly progress against plan Provide accurate daily reports (progress, issues, materials) Highlight delays and propose corrective actions 4. Commercial & Documentation Support Assist in quantity take-offs and progress measurement Support preparation of monthly invoices (interim payment applications) Track variations (VOs) and document changes properly 5. Procurement & Materials Prepare Material Requests (MRs) Follow up on material delivery and approvals Ensure materials meet project specifications 6. Communication Coordinate with: Consultant Project Manager Internal management Maintain professional and structured communication

Job Requirements Experience 3–6 years of hands-on site experience Background in: Electrical works (LV systems) Light current systems (preferred) Fit-out / renovation projects (highly preferred) Technical Skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Familiar with: Shop drawings RFIs process Site instructions Basic knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ tracking Operational Skills Strong execution mindset (not theoretical) Ability to manage labor and site activities effectively Problem-solving under pressure Ability to prioritize and act quickly Behavioral Requirements Practical and results-driven Not argumentative / low ego Can work under pressure and tight deadlines Disciplined and reliable Team-oriented, but able to take ownership Software & Tools AutoCAD (intermediate) Microsoft Excel (basic tracking & reporting) MS Office (Word, Outlook) Work Conditions Location: Site-based (Cairo) Occasional coordination from office when needed
