Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information. Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, etc.) when needed.

(1-3 )years of experience in telesales, call center, or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office). Strong listening skills and patience. Bachelor’s degree is required.
