Education : A first university degree in human resources management, business or public administration, law, social science, or related field from an accredited/recognized institute. : Advanced university degree in human resources, business, public administration or related field. : : Demonstrated professional experience working in a country office or field-based operational environment is desirable. Experience in humanitarian emergency contexts, health outbreak response operations, and/or resource-constrained settings would be considered an asset. Use of Language Skills Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of French or Arabic is an asset.
