About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Performance Management: Facilitate performance review cycles, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to foster continuous growth and development.
Administer Benefits: Manage and communicate employee benefits programs, ensuring understanding and utilization.
Manage HRIS Systems: Leverage HRIS for accurate data management, reporting, and process optimization.
Support Talent Development: Identify training needs and support initiatives that enhance employee skills and career trajectories.
Uphold Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to local labor laws and regulations.

✅ Qualifications
Experience That Excites Us: We're seeking an Experienced professional with 3-8 years of dedicated experience in Human Resources, ideally in a Generalist capacity.
Skills That Set You Apart:
Proven expertise in Employee Relations, adept at fostering positive workplace dynamics.
Strong background in Recruitment & Onboarding, with a knack for attracting and integrating top talent.
Solid understanding and practical experience in HR Policy Administration and HR Compliance.
Demonstrated ability in Performance Management, including review processes and employee development.
Proficiency in Benefits Administration and managing various HR programs.
Adept in HRIS Management, leveraging systems for efficiency and data integrity, coupled with strong Data Analysis skills.
Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of effective Conflict Resolution.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other essential HR tools.
A deep understanding of Human Resources Best Practices and relevant labor laws in Egypt.
Experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Development initiatives.
