Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
