(Previous Experience preferred) Documents review. Handle client requests. Maintain internal records. Data Entry to the ERP system. (Experience with IST & Odoo is a plus). Efficient communication with shipping lines, carriers, and agents. Shipment tracking through internal & external software. Keep good relations with current clients

Alexandria Residents only. Bachelor's Degree. Min. 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding/customs clearance operations. Very good English. (Will be examined) Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook). (Will be examined). Excellent command of Google Workspace apps. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with shipping incoterms is a plus.
