We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of DXN Egypt. This role is central to building a strong operational foundation — from distributor support and sales coordination to logistics, compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and has a passion for working in a direct selling or FMCG environment.

2+ years experience in operations / FMCG / direct selling Strong team leadership and management skills Knowledge of supply chain, import, and inventory control Understanding of regulatory compliance & product registration Ability to manage daily operations (warehouse, sales, distribution) Good in financial control, budgeting, and reporting Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and KPI tracking
