Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial restructuring of the company and optimize the financial framework. Implement and manage a full ERP system across departments. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning. Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls. Monitor project costing, profitability, and financial performance. Manage accounting team and ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance, preferably in real estate or construction. Proven experience in ERP implementation and management (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Strong background in financial restructuring and system development. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA is a plus).
