Job Description We are seeking a professional and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the Real Estate and Construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring effective HR operations aligned with company goals. Oversee the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage talent acquisition processes to attract qualified candidates. Handle employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Support management with HR planning and organizational development. Manage training and development programs for employees. Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Real Estate or Construction industry. Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices. Proven experience in recruitment and talent management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
