Oversee all MEP activities across fit-out and finishing projects. Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. Coordinate with design, site, and project management teams. Monitor project progress, quality standards, and deadlines. Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations. Review material submittals and technical approvals. Support cost control, budgeting, and procurement processes. Handle MEP troubleshooting and technical support on site. Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 15+ years of experience in MEP works, preferably in fit-out or finishing projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems. Experience managing MEP subcontractors and site teams. Familiarity with MEP coordination, shop drawings, and project planning. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
