The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full journey of youth participants, from outreach and recruitment to training completion, ensuring smooth coordination and strong engagement throughout the program. Responsibilities: Youth Outreach: Mobilize and recruit young participants across different governorates. Application Management: Manage the application process and screen incoming candidates. Talent Selection: Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants to select the most suitable participants. Training Supervision: Monitor training progress and ensure strong engagement from participants. Documentation & Reporting: Collect required documentation and prepare reports after each training session.
