📋 Job Description
Manage and coordinate all reservations across the apart-hotel portfolio, ensuring accurate inventory control, optimal allocation of bookings, and timely, professional communication with guests and sales channels across Cairo and North Coast properties. Key Responsibilities Manage all booking inquiries received via direct channels, OTAs, corporate partners, and sales leads Allocate reservations to the appropriate building and apartment type based on availability, guest requirements, and operational considerations Maintain real-time inventory and availability across all properties in Cairo and the North Coast Pre-approve bookings in line with occupancy rules, pricing strategy, and house policies Coordinate closely with building supervisors and front office teams regarding arrivals, special requests, and overbooking prevention Update and manage rates, restrictions, and availability in the PMS and booking channels (as authorized) Apply rates, promotions, and length-of-stay rules accurately Respond to guest inquiries prior to arrival, including questions related to apartment types, amenities, policies, and location Ensure pre-arrival requirements are completed (payment, IDs,..) Share access details and QR codes with guest (Sahel) Confirm apartment readiness with GOS before releasing check-in instructions Ensure compliance with occupancy limits, visitor policies, and legal requirements when confirming reservations Prepare and share daily and weekly reservation and occupancy reports with Operations and Management Flag potential issues related to overbooking, maintenance blocks, or special events impacting availability Ensure compliance with cancellation and payment policies Maintain accurate reservation and guest records Daily Checklist Review inventory and availability for all Cairo and North Coast properties Monitor new bookings, cancellations, and modifications Respond to all booking inquiries within SLA Allocate and confirm reservations accurately in the PMS Confirm readiness with Operations/ GOS before sending check in instructions Coordinate with operations on blocked units or out-of-order apartments Update booking notes with guest preferences or special requests Weekly Checklist Review forward occupancy, pickup and demand trends Align with operations on upcoming high-occupancy periods Verify rate plans and restrictions across channels Prepare weekly reservations, occupancy and revenue reports
