Retail-Specific Experience & Responsibilities
1. Performance & Conversion Focus
Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO): Experience managing automated ads that pull directly from a product catalog (e.g., Meta Catalog Ads or Google Shopping).
High-Volume Budget Management: Proven track record of managing large daily budgets, especially during peak seasons like Black Friday, Ramadan, or End-of-Season sales.
ROAS-Driven Strategy: Ability to shift budgets between underperforming and high-performing product categories in real-time.
2. Technical Retail Skills
E-commerce Tracking: Experience setting up and troubleshooting Pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), and GA4 E-commerce events (Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, Purchase).
Inventory Alignment: Collaborating with the supply chain or inventory teams to ensure ads are paused for "Out of Stock" items and boosted for "Overstock" items.
3. Strategic Retail Tactics
Retargeting & Retention: Expertise in building "Full Funnel" strategies—moving customers from Awareness to Purchase, and then retargeting past buyers for repeat sales.
Competitor Analysis: Monitoring retail competitors' pricing and promotional strategies to adjust bidding tactics accordingly.
