Communicating with Consumers via chats and outbounds.
Responding promptly to customer Inquiries.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications &Requests.
Handling Mobile service inquires.
Handling Home services and fixed lines services.
Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Grads.
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
