📋 Job Description
Communicating with Consumers via chats and outbounds. Responding promptly to customer Inquiries. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. Processing orders, forms, applications &Requests. Handling Mobile service inquires. Handling Home services and fixed lines services. Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
✅ Qualifications
Grads. Fluency in English (B2 level or higher). Excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
