📋 Job Description
We are looking for an organized and professional Administrative Assistant / Business Coordinator to support the management of a new tech project, in addition to handling administrative tasks for a company operating in the trading sector. The role is mainly remote, with occasional in-person meetings when required. Responsibilities include following up on daily project operations, communicating with companies regarding potential partnerships and collaborations, organizing meetings and appointments, managing and organizing data and documents, preparing receipt vouchers and temporary invoices, following up on export documents, and organizing and archiving administrative files. The role may also require occasional travel to Cairo for meetings or business discussions when needed. Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications, in addition to performance incentives.
