We are seeking an experienced Backend Node.js Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Node.js, API development, and database management, and can work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js. Design and implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and resolve backend and production issues.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer. Strong proficiency in Node.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS. Solid understanding of backend architecture and API design. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
