📋 Job Description
1. Performance & Gamification
Incentive Programs: Design and launch creative rewards that staff can "purchase" with their coins, ensuring high engagement levels.
KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs for all roles (Shift Managers, Technicians, Receptionists, and QA) to identify top performers.
2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Mass Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for spa technicians, receptionists, and cleaning staff to maintain full capacity.
Onboarding: Conduct professional orientation sessions for new hires, focusing on Ghazal Spa’s hygiene standards and service etiquette.
Turnover Analysis: Track turnover rates and implement retention strategies based on the vacation benefit plans and market salary data you have established.
3. Personnel & Payroll Coordination
Payroll Prep: Calculate monthly salaries, ensuring accurate integration of basic pay, service commissions, and "Ghazal Coin" bonuses.
Compliance: Manage all social and medical insurance documentation and ensure the spa is 100% compliant with Egyptian Labor Law.
Attendance: Oversee the biometric attendance system and manage leave requests, ensuring branch coverage is never compromised.
4. Quality & Training
Action Plans: Translate gaps identified in Mystery Shopper reports into immediate training needs for the reception and service teams.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring a healthy and loyal work environment.
Internal Audits: Conduct regular spot checks on staff hygiene and adherence to the spa’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
✅ Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. HR Diploma is highly preferred.
Experience: 4–6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in the Wellness, Hospitality, or Retail sectors.
Technical Skills: * Advanced MS Excel skills (for payroll and KPI tracking).
Familiarity with HRIS or Gamification software is a plus.
Language: Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
