Plan, execute, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for company vehicles and equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic faults using appropriate tools and software Ensure vehicles comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, records, and technical documentation Monitor vehicle performance and recommend improvements to reduce breakdowns and operating costs Coordinate with external workshops, suppliers, and warranty providers when required Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components Supervise technicians and mechanics, providing technical guidance and training Investigate recurring failures and implement root-cause corrective actions Support budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and quality procedures

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field Minimum 5–7 years of experience in vehicle or fleet maintenance (experience with buses, trucks, or heavy vehicles preferred) Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, braking, suspension, electrical) Experience with preventive maintenance systems and maintenance management software Familiarity with local transportation and safety regulations
