Your Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our services. You will:
Onboard new clients and guide them through our services.
Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare partners.
Proactively address concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, and Support) to deliver a seamless experience.
Monitor feedback and service data to improve satisfaction and retention.
Impact
Your role will directly contribute to client satisfaction and service quality, helping ensure patients receive reliable, well-coordinated care.
✅ Qualifications
Are you the ideal candidate? We're looking for someone who:
Has 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry.
Possesses a strong understanding of Marketing, Advertising, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Dentistry, Health, Safety and Environment.
Exhibits excellent Communication Skills and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrates proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer satisfaction.
Is fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
Holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration).
