We are hiring a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to support one of our nonprofit clients. This role is focused on execution, coordination, analytics, and campaign implementation. This is not a managerial or strategy role; it is a hands-on, detail-oriented position that works closely with the design, video, and development teams. Position Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist who is organized, analytical, and skilled in executing digital marketing tasks. The ideal candidate understands modern marketing tools, can manage campaign schedules, coordinate with creative and technical teams, and ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and tracked accurately. The role involves working with analytics platforms, publishing content, coordinating deliverables, and supporting digital campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the digital marketing campaign calendar. Prepare and publish content across website, email, and social media platforms. Ensure creative assets (graphics, videos, landing pages) are delivered on time. Collaborate with the designer, video editor, and web developer to meet campaign deadlines. Set up and maintain tracking systems including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, and Google Search Console. Validate that events (donate, purchase, form submissions, etc.) are tracked correctly. Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly or monthly reports. Coordinate with the developer to publish landing pages, update content, and ensure pages are optimized for campaigns. Check for broken links, outdated content, or missing assets. Suggest website or UX improvements based on analytics and heatmap insights. Assist with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager (if applicable), email marketing systems, and CMS platforms. Schedule and publish posts across social channels according to the campaign timeline. Work within NiftyByte’s internal workflow system to ensure all tasks are properly tracked. Communicate clearly with creative and technical team members. Provide status updates on ongoing campaigns and tasks.
✅ Qualifications
Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing execution or operations. Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking. Excellent English communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Comfortable collaborating with designers, developers, and video editors.
