Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, and training programs, as well as providing guidance to leadership on organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, and talent acquisition Proficiency in employee relations, performance management, and training program development Knowledge of HR strategies, labor laws, and compliance practices Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability for problem-solving, decision-making, and promoting positive workplace culture Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) CIPD or SHRM certification is advantageous Experience in technology or business solutions sector is a plus
