Develop and implement annual internal audit plans based on risk assessment. Lead and supervise internal audit assignments and provide guidance to junior auditors. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. Conduct comprehensive financial and operational audits across departments. Review complex accounting transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and present audit reports with actionable recommendations to senior management. Monitor corrective action plans and ensure timely implementation. Improve audit methodologies and internal control frameworks. Ensure effective use of ERP system (Odoo) and oversee system compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal auditing. Experience as an Senior Internal Auditor. Background in construction or agriculture is Mandatory. Knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles. Strong MS Office skills and accounting software knowledge. Proficient in ERP systems (Odoo).
