Project Scheduling: Develop and manage baseline schedules (using Primavera P6), identifying the Critical Path for fabrication sequences. Resource Management: Allocate manpower (welders, technicians) and equipment to maximize productivity and avoid bottlenecks. Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Coordinate with procurement to ensure steel plates, sections, and welding consumables are available in-time. Production Monitoring: Track actual progress versus planned targets Cost & Risk Control: Monitor project budgets, analyze variances, and develop mitigation plans for potential delays. Technical Coordination: Liaise between Engineering, Production, and Quality Control (QC) to ensure compliance with standards like ASME or AWS. Occasionally, you will also meet clients. Reporting: Generate daily and weekly progress reports (S-Curves, KPIs) for upper management. Key Skills Software: Proficiency in Primavera P6, and MS Excel Technical: Strong ability to read structural and tank engineering drawings. Leadership: Mentoring junior planners and improving workflow efficiency.

B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil), if candidate has at least 5 years of pure Planning Experience in Steel Structures, and preferably Steel Tanks. Solid knowledge of Primavera and MS Excel.
