Your Responsibilities: Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory Meet contractual conditions of performance Review the work progress on daily basis Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses Analyze, manage and mitigate risks Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Construction Manager with a proven track record of success. If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply: Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on large-scale projects. Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools, including AutoCAD. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Expertise in Construction Engineering. Proven skills as a Project Management Professional.
