Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Upper-intermediate English (written)
Strong professional communication skills
Good memory and ability to track multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Working Conditions & Benefits
Working hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Work schedule: 6 working days per week
Day off: Friday
