We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading real estate development company. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing all Mechanical aspects of our residential and commercial building projects. Key Responsibilities: Preparing ,Review and verify mechanical design submissions from consultants for Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC. Ensure all designs meet project requirements, local codes. Develop and prepare technical specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Create and manage comprehensive vendor lists for all Mechanical packages. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Evaluate and recommend efficient systems and value engineering alternatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Owner Background. Design background (not supervision). Minimum 6-9 years of experience in mechanical design and coordination (real estate sector preferred). Strong understanding of local authority regulations and Egyptian codes. Proficient in reviewing shop drawings, specs, and tender documents. Preferably with experience in BIM, including hands-on Revit and Navisworks coordination.
