We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with loan applications, assessing eligibility, explaining financial products, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end loan process while achieving monthly sales targets. Promote and sell loan products to potential and existing customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions. Collect and verify required documentation for loan applications. Assess client eligibility based on company policies and financial criteria. Follow up with customers to complete pending documents and close cases.

Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Previous experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services is an advantage. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
