About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the offer process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and managing offer negotiations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

✅ Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
