Receive truck and driver data from the Fleet Coordinator and schedule daily trips according to operational plans. Coordinate with drivers and monitor truck movements to ensure adherence to schedules and on-time delivery. Communicate with customers to confirm pickup and delivery times, resolving any delays or issues promptly. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar role, ideally within a trucking/transportation environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). • Familiarity with logistics management systems or transportation software is an advantage. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
